BUIC Capital Management and Hares Group Estates have signed the contract for collaboration

On June 2, 2008, BUIC Capital Management and Hares Group Estates signed a contract for the provision of consulting services for financial issues and project management.

The reason for signing contract was the development of land plot of the total area of 54 Ha near to Borispol Airport. This plot is equally owned by Hares Group Estates and Hardt Group, which is an international investment company.

BUIC Capital Management will be the financial advisor and project manager of Hares Group Estates in this development project, and will represent its interest on all stages of development of this project.

The project will include a commercial center, hotel and other activities.

Reference: BUIC Capital Management is founded in 2007. The goal of the company is to attract Middle Eastern and Western European capital to Ukrainian market.
