BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

ORGANIZATION

BUIC Capital Management is headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus and operates in Ukraine through its Representative Office.

BUIC operates a licensed Asset Management Company in Kiev, Ukraine. Both are sister companies that work parallel with each other.

REAL ESTATE

BUIC's management was instrumental in the creation of a joint venture company, called Sargia, between HARDT Group, an international investment firm, and Hares Group Holding, an investment and real estate development firm with affiliated companies in Austria, Russia, Ukraine, Cyprus and Bulgaria, for an important project in Ukraine: the development of 54 hectares next to the Borispol Airport. Planet Cluster has been hired to conduct a market study and create a master design plan for the project. BUIC is overseeing the completion of this project and represents Hares Group Estates in this matter.

STEEL

BUIC's management lead the acquisition and development of MMZ, Moldavian Steel Works, steel producing company located in Transnistria, in 2004. BUIC's management also oversaw the operations of AWBC Handels GmbH, a company that operated large scale trading of steel and other metallurgical products throughout Europe.

OIL & GAS

BUIC's management organized the sale and restructuring of the Rudis project in Ukraine. Rudis was founded in 2001 as an oil and gas exploration and production company. In 2005, Rudis merged with British stock-listed Cardinal Resources plc, a company that has been involved in oil and gas exploration in Ukraine since 1995.
